How it works

  1. Trashcans are provided to all residents. 
  2. They'll place their trashcan with tied bags outside their door between 6pm and 8pm, Sunday through Thursday. 
  3. After 8pm, our highly trained, background-checked, uniformed, professional team members start collection service. We work quickly, and quietly! 
  4. Residents should bring their now empty trashcan back inside by 9am the next morning.

A+ Trash Services Frequently Asked Questions

  • What days do you provide trash pickup service? 5 nights per week, Sunday through Thursday. 
  • What time should I put my trash out? Place your trashcan with tied bags outside your door between 6pm and 8pm, Sunday through Thursday. 
  • What time do you pickup my trash? We begin collection service after 8pm Sunday through Thursday. 
  • When should I bring my trashcan back inside? We ask that it be brought inside no later than 9am the next morning. 
  • Do I have to pay for the trashcan? We provide you with a 11.4-gallon trashcan free of charge. 
  • What if my trashcan is stolen or damaged? Contact us and we'll replace it for free. 
  • Something stinks! We make every effort to control odor from trash cans and corridors. 
  • A residents trash is a mess. Give us the details. We'll photograph and document the violation and work with community managers to take care of it. 
  • How do you communicate with residents? We professionally draft and distribute correspondence to all residence.
